3. Purpose and Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate doorstep collection logistics, issue legally compliant 80G receipts, verify volunteer identity for safety, and communicate status updates regarding your service requests. We never sell, rent, or commercialize your personal information.

All data transmissions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption. Identity documents uploaded for volunteer verification are stored in isolated, private storage buckets with strict Row Level Security (RLS) and access audit trails.
