Guidelines for Devotees, Donors, and Volunteer Service Partners

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Durga Katyayani Foundation platform or scheduling collection requests, you agree to comply with these terms. Our foundation is dedicated to non-profit spiritual service.

2. Sacred Materials Collection Policy

Devotees agree that all items handed over to foundation volunteers are submitted voluntarily for redistribution to rural mandirs/devotees or traditional Vedic retirement. Once custody is transferred and receipt is issued, items enter the sanctified processing pipeline.

3. Non-Commercial & Free Service Guarantee

Doorstep collection is completely free. Volunteers are strictly forbidden from demanding or accepting any cash tips or fees for collection. Any contributions must be made exclusively through official online receipt channels.

4. Donation & 80G Policy

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable once the 80G tax receipt has been generated. Donors claiming 80G tax benefits must provide a valid Indian PAN number.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of service operations or platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
